Uses

I use NixOS and Home Manager on all my machines, and am a bit of a dotfiles and CI/CD freak. If this piques your interest, you should check it out at Foundry.

Some of my daily drivers include Hyprland as my window manager, Helix for editing, qutebrowser as my browser, jujutsu for version control, and, of course, Nix for dev environments.

For productivity, I prefer terminal apps and local-first, so I use aerc for mail, khal for calendars, and todomd (a small CLI I wrote) + todoman for tasks. Mail and DAV servers are hosted on my own servers, too. I do all my writing (mostly research) in Typst or LaTeX (although I prefer the former) these days.

On the AI side, I’ve been experimenting with Pi, and building my own tooling around it.
