I’ve recently defended my master’s dissertation at ICMC-USP. I’m finishing a journal paper on the sustainability of open-source tools, and prepping for a PhD on observability tools and adoption risks.

At work, I’m an engineer at Magalu Cloud, working on underlying infrastructure and automation.

I still coordinate GELOS (although I’m trying to pass the baton), and spend a lot of my time tinkering with my NixOS infra.

I’ve been trying to slow down a bit, as it’s been quite a few years juggling a lot. I’m back into reading for fun and of course it’s sci-fi: currently the Culture series by Iain Banks!
